Who you are buying from

This website is operated by FTK Foods Supply, trading as Farm To Kitchen, registered in Nigeria.

Registered address: 1 Oluwasegun Street, Aiyetoro Road, Ado-Odo, Ogun State, Nigeria.

When you place an order on ftkfoods.com, you are entering into a contract with FTK Foods Supply.

Prices

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include any applicable tax. Prices can change, but the price you see at checkout is the price for that order.

Payment processing fee. Our payment provider, Paystack, adds its own processing fee at the payment screen. This is why the amount shown on the Paystack page is slightly higher than your order total. The difference is the fee charged for handling the payment, not an extra charge from us.

Placing an order

You need an account with a verified email address to place an order.
Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. Stock is only held once you place your order.
Your order is confirmed once your payment has been received. Until then it will show as Awaiting Payment in My Account.

Unpaid orders

If an order is placed but not paid for, we hold it for 24 hours. After that it is cancelled automatically and the items are returned to stock. We will email you when this happens. You have not been charged, and you are welcome to order again.

A cancelled order cannot be reopened. Please place a new order instead.

Availability

We check stock before your payment screen opens, so a sold-out item should not reach payment. In the rare case an item sells out while you are paying, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Payment

Payments are handled by Paystack. We never see or store your card details. You can pay by card, bank transfer, USSD or the other methods Paystack offers at the payment screen.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item turns out to be unavailable, if there has been an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
